{June 6, 2012}   Things I Should Do vs What I am Doing

Things I should do:

1. get up

2. shower

3. get dressed

4. stop crying and hurting myself

5. eat (only good aspect of depression is I’ve lost 3lbs in 3 days)

6. tell someone

7. go to work so i dont lose my job

8. find help (call my doctor)

Things I am doing:

1. lying on the floor

2. not showering

3. crying

4. not eating

5. counting swirls in the floor

6. watching day turn into night and night into day

7. writing

8. losing my job

9. hiding from friends and family

10. ignoring my doctors

Keep strong, and you will get through this. Have a long shower, it will make you feel better. Xx
